We attend to drafting transactional contracts, including but not limited to, sale and purchase of real property, shares, vehicles, sea vessels, taxi permits, business and its assets. We attend to preparation and lodgement of applications for trademarks, patents, and copyrights registration and renewals.

Advising on corporate compliance, shareholder rights, director duties, meetings and quorum, director and shareholder resolutions, changes in shareholding structures, and general business structuring.
Security Reviews
We are well versed with conducting security reviews for mortgagees, including due diligence and performing relevant searches in the Personal Property Securities Register, the Titles Office, and the Companies Office. Our services include reviewing documents to verify compliance and ensure all necessary requirements are met.
Conveyancing Services
We attend to due diligence, drafting, finalising and execution of sale and purchase agreements, preparing mortgage documents, preparing and lodging consent applications with relevant authorities (where required), lodging and obtaining capital gains certificates (CGT Certificate), drafting transfer documents, conducting title searches, attending to settlement and post-settlement requirements.
Real Property Disputes
preparing and lodging applications for filing of caveats, withdrawal and removal of caveats, and representing clients in court for property dispute matters.
Trusts, Deeds and Power of Attorneys
Drafting and registration of various deeds including trust deeds, appointment and change of trustees, deed of revocation, deed of gift, settlement deed, deed of release, guarantee deeds, priority deeds, and discretionary deeds. We also attend to drafting and registration of power of attorney and revocations.
Employment Advice and Litigation
We assist in implementing proper procedures from getting an employee onboard by drafting and executing employment contracts to ending the employment where need be, in compliance with the relevant laws and regulation in Fiji.
Company and Business Incorporation
We provide advice on the procedure for incorporating resident and non-resident business entities in Fiji. Our services include advising on the optimal corporate structure, preparing and filing necessary documentation with the relevant authorities, and guiding you through the registration process with the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank of Fiji. We also assist with obtaining relevant licenses, drafting shareholder agreements, and advising on ongoing compliance requirements to ensure smooth and efficient operations in Fiji.
Business Compliance
Lodging requisite forms and supporting documents for change in directors, office address and/or shareholders, and payment of annual registration fees.
Debt Recovery Litigation
We attend to drafting and issuing of demand notices to debtors in default of payment. Following service and response, we initiate the appropriate legal action be filing the relevant matter in court and attending to the debt recovery proceedings
Winding Up Applications
We handle the drafting and issuance of statutory demand notices, where applicable. Upon the expiration of the notice period, we initiate the relevant winding-up proceedings and assist with post-winding-up requirements.

Immigration Services
We provide comprehensive assistance with the preparation and submission of work permit applications and extensions, citizenship applications, visitor visa applications, and other immigration matters to ensure smooth processing of requests.
Estate Services
We attend to drafting and registration of wills, applications for probate and letters of administration, dealing with estate properties through drafting and registration of transmission by death and conducting transfer of assets.
General Legal Advisory
Providing strategic services across a variety of areas, including family law, mortgagee and mortgagor rights, and legal compliance. Attending to miscellaneous legal matters as per client requirements.
